Mr. Ricardo Khoury participates in the Border and Vital Installations Security (BVIS) conference
Posted on May 30, 2023Mr. Ricardo Khoury, Partner and Environmental and HSE Practice Lead at ELARD, participates in the Border and Vital Installations Security (BVIS) conference held in Beirut Lebanon.
Mr. Khoury presented the
Case studies in Security and Safety for Offshore Oil & Gas Activities with
his extensive local and international experience in the field of Oil and Gas sector.
The conference was held under the Patronage of the Lebanese Armed Forces supported
by the Lebanese Petroleum Administration and organized by the Center for Research and Strategic Studies
(CRSS) and SEGMA. It launched in the
presence of Lebanese Army Commander in Chief General Joseph Aoun, a
number of ministers, ambassadors, deputies, as well as security, economic,
social, and educational actors.
